James Boyd

James has studied Sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder with an emphasis in LGBT Studies. He was President of a youth Rotary chapter in San Antonio, Texas where he produced local and international volunteer projects and increased the chapter’s volunteer base to record levels. He worked with Out Boulder County where he served as Executive Assistant and was awarded 2019 Volunteer of The Year. He has connected with Governor Jared Polis, Congressman Joe Neguse, Sarah Cunningham of Free Mom Hugs, and many more supporters of the queer community. He produced the pilot of "Conversations With Coco" featuring Miss Coco Peru and Lily Tomlin in Los Angeles. James has lived in Steamboat, Durango, Boulder, and Denver and is dedicated to finding ways for different communities to connect throughout the state.

Cameron Lay

Cameron has studied International Business at Coe College. He was Vice President of a select leadership program (GTL) for 2 years at the Denver Botanic Gardens while volunteering for their youth enrichment activities for 5 years. Cameron has also interned for the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver where he met many queer minds to produce zines and events for the museum. He has been involved with charitable work trips within the United Methodist church for over 5 years, helping missions in San Diego, CA; Shiprock, NM; and many right here in Colorado! As a third generation Coloradan, Cameron is excited to be working all over this wonderful state to bring LGBT spaces and events to areas who have been underrepresented in the past.
